Learn more about the leading water initiatives in East Africa
This area has received a lot of attention but continues to be one of the major problems facing the natives. In most villages clean water is not available and this leads to woman and children traveling over 3 to 4 miles round trip every day to collect clean water. This also leads to many people consuming contaminated water and contracting Cholera or other intestinal diseases. The initial purpose of this initiative is to provide a list of resources and options for the individual villages to choose from and also provide information on funding sources to help with financing. We will continually update with success stories and provide more options as they become available.
